The location changed, it is now the Merchant Guild.
Tsige is currently just one city.
Thereβs a surface, a back, and has dirt, but everything is surrounded by walls, and it is only on the inside.Β
The noble that was in control of this place as a remote region of Aion had already been retired before the declaration of independence, and the current Tsige doesnβt have a definite administration institute.Β
No, it doesnβt exist yet.
Thatβs the correct way of saying it.
The reality is that Tsige has declared independence from the Aion Kingdom and has entered βnegotiationsβ with military power involved.
Then, which organization is managing those movements, and who is the one involved in them?Β
The answer is the merchants.
The adventurers who have a lot of power in their say at Tsige are not included in this.Β
Thinking about their way of living, this isnβt that strange, and if thereβs a powerful adventurer that wants to speak out, they can just speak out their will to intervene through a merchant theyβve been acquainted with.
The ones who have the strongest interest in the management and maintenance of Tsige are the merchants, and the ones who decided the destination of the city are them.
The ones who negotiated with the nobles sent by the feudal lord were also them.Β
On top of that, thereβs no doubt that the merchants are the ones who made the feudal lord of Tsige seal his mouth by giving him a variety of fortunes.
This city has been self-governed by the merchants of power since a long time ago.
βTo receive a meeting call from the Batoma Company is rare. Now, whatβs todayβs topic?βΒ
Confirming that everyone was there, the representative of the Rembrandt Company, Patrick Rembrandt, speaks from the chief seat.Β
From his perspective inside, thereβs two at his left and right, for a total of four people gathered in this guild room.
This place is one of the two rooms of the Merchant Guild that has been created with the highest of techniques and doesnβt lose to the Adventurer Guild in security.
The luxury of having a wide hall-like room be used by only 5 people.
Thatβs only allowed for the 5 people gathered here, but more accurately speaking, it is because the companies that they are related to are at the peak of the Tsige merchants.
The Merchant Guild has put together the city into one with the independence of Tsige in mind, and many companies have joined forces.
Especially the merchants who have had achievements, done business for a long time in this city, and currently have a more than decent amount of power, they do meetings to decide the policies of the city. At least that’s whatβs publicly known in Tsige.
In other words, a front.
Thereβs around 30 who have been elected and given a parliamentary seat.
But the reality is that the companies here are the ones who decide practically all the big policies.
The top of the top companies.
The Muzo Company that deals with the raw material market.
The Batoma Company that puts in order the food establishments.
A major company, the Couple Company, that shoulders the circulation of goods.
The Bronze Man Company that administers many of the craftsmen; mainly blacksmiths.Β
And the biggest of the miscellaneous stores in the city, and the one managing even the finances of the city, the Rembrandt Company.
The weight of their words may change depending on their scale of the market at the time, but the names havenβt changed for around 10 years already.
In the past, there were 9 companies who had a name in Tsige and managed it, but since the time the Rembrandt Company became notorious, the numbers were reduced to 5, and it hasnβt changed since.
You could clearly tell just how much influence the words of the Rembrandt Company has.
On top of that, the raw material market, the food establishments, and the craftsmen and blacksmith fields have a thick shadow of the Rembrandt Company behind them.Β
β…First, I offer my thanks for gathering here.βΒ
Finishing the basic formalities and the all-around greetings, the Batoma Company begins the topic of discussion.
βThereβs probably already people who know this, but thereβs a certain rumor floating around in Tsige.βΒ
Of course, thereβs no way they would all gather here just for a rumor.
The Batoma Companyβs representative directed his gaze at Rembrandt as he began the talk.
βThe relationship between the wastelandβs Mist Town and the Kuzunoha Company.βΒ
βThe Kuzunoha Company? I am beginning to take notice of them.βΒ
βIt is said that the Kuzunoha Company and the Mist Town actually have a connection to the revolutionary army. Please take a look at the handed documents, and while we share the information that we have ascertainedβ¦βΒ
Even if Rembrandt thought that this was shamelessly transparent, he tagged along in this farce.
The representative of the Kuzunoha Company, Raidou, has made his company grow to the point that thereβs no one in Tsige who doesnβt know its name.
They opened business a few years ago. A merchant that didnβt do any groundwork first before making a company in this place and opened his own store.
Thereβs a limit to the Tsige Dream. You could even say he is an instance of a super successful case.
But well, that success was 99% because of his positive relationship with Rembrandt, and the remaining 1% was luck; this is what is still being said by a part of the people.Β
But Rembrandt has had a connection with the Kuzunoha Company, Raidou, and its executives, so he knows.
(If he really did obtain that much success with only my backup and his luck, this city would have already been covered in my sympathizers left and right.) (Rembrandt)
Without showing it in his face, Rembrandt was directing pity towards representative Batoma who is still part of the non-believers.Β
Rembrandt has backed a lot of talented merchants aside from Raidou.
But the only ones who have managed to maintain their stores and remain are a mere 10 or so.
Thereβs no other merchant aside from Raidou who has shot into the success road in such an amusing manner.
(No, in reality, they might have been the ones who brought about the winds of revolution in Tsige more than the Rembrandt Company. Even the plan that I am secretly boiling might simply be dancing on the top of Raidou-kunβs palm.) (Rembrandt)
In the eyes of Rembrandt, Raidou is by no means a skilled merchant.
But that will, that conviction of his is a sincere one.
Standing at the interval between supply and demand, they rear and increase their wealth by smoothly serving as the middleman.
Without having a single bit of the stench of reality, that figure of theirs pushing ahead with sincerity is just dazzling.
Also, his way of living that allows him to do foolish moves, that at a glance would only make him look like a sucker, and still be able to push it through without being devoured by anyone.
Even though he is not exemplary…he even looks like an ideal type of merchant.
Thinking that much, Rembrandt let out a light sigh and showed a smile.Β
He thought βmaybe thatβs putting him way too up highβ.
He was retorting to his own thoughts.
Suddenly, he felt the gaze of theΒ Couple Company’s representative, and when Rembrandt moved his head that way, their eyes met.
β…β
There were no words exchanged, but the lady of nice physique silently returned a smile.
Rembrandt for an instant had an interest in what she thought of this topic.
(Well, the thought process of this woman is similar to that of Raidou-kun. She wouldnβt really clash with him.) (Rembrandt)
The representative of the Couple Company is an elderly woman.
In the world of merchants, thereβs no difference between men and women.
You just need the skills.
Thereβs only one here, but the world has a lot of skilled female merchants.
The wife of Rembrandt, Lisa, also has skilled business abilities, though thatβs only a side job of hers and it is questionable whether she can be categorized in that same vein though.
The reason being that her side job relates to things where the terms like frauds and larceny jump around.
Well, thatβs all in the past.
βIn other words! The Kuzunoha Company has been run by the revolutionary army since way before! And are connected to a suspicious bunch that deny the Goddess Religionβ¦βΒ
The Rembrandt Company and the Couple Company are in a relationship where they are discussing a big project for the future of Tsige.
It is also a powerful medicine that might create a big wave that could make one or two of the people here fall from grace.
No, that same wave Rembrandt created might swallow him as well. It is one of the plans of Rembrandt that was born from the words of Raidou.
But Rembrandt and Couple answered the possibilities of that future with a deep smile.
From the five here, the Couple Company thatβs in the circulation of goods has been steadily increasing in power.
Of course, Rembrandt as well.
Thatβs probably the reason for their composure.
On the other hand, the Batoma Company thatβs the most heated up in his speech was the one who was waning the most.
They do have achievements and it is also true that they have done great services here for a long time.
However, the food industry is currently a complete warzone.Β
The Batoma faction is also being mercilessly scraped off and crushed, and the Batoma Company itself is also struggling in the maelstrom.
The Batoma Company is the only one from these 5 that is doing business with the residents rather than between merchants, which is most likely the reason why he ended up exposing himself to drastic changes.
If it were Raidou, no, the Limia Hero, Hibiki, she would have thought of the words B to B or B to C.Β
βThen, it is natural to directly hear from the representative of the Kuzunoha Company, Raidou! If he is unrelated to the revolutionary army, the Anti-Goddess Religion, and the Mist Town, he himself should be the one proving it.βΒ
Good grief.
Patrick Rembrandt sighs.
Show proof that he isnβt related to it, thatβs quite the unreasonable thing to say, is what Rembrandt thought.
Of course it is impossible.Β
The rumor thatβs going around, due to the origin of it, is hard to erase.Β
The rumor of the Kuzunoha Company’s backer, which is spreading around the slums and the weak people as if it were the legend of a savior.Β
There are people who are beginning to sympathize with the revolutionary army and the Anti-Goddess Religion, and it is true that thereβs the need to deal with it at once.
(The problem is the objective. I canβt tell the reason why they would have Tsige bend to the side of the revolutionary army at this point in time, and even mix us with the Anti-Goddessβs. Do they want to make it clear how the Kuzunoha Company obtains their products of the Mist Town like Batoma is trying to do? It would be so much easier if their view could be read by even a monkey.) (Rembrandt)
βIn the first place, your company being unsteady is purely because you are incompetentβ, is what Rembrandt chops Batoma with in his mind.
After that, the Batoma Company representative said that the city should get involved actively in the commerce that the Kuzunoha Company has been monopolizing with the Mist Town.Β
Saying that, the ingredients should be left in charge to the Batoma Company and its affiliates.
(What an idiot. Even if it is ingredients, if it comes from the wasteland, thereβs no way Muzo would stay silent.) (Rembrandt)
And then, the Muzo Companyβs representative objects as if natural.
That thereβs no need for the food industry to say it, they would take responsibility and take care of the ingredients coming from the wasteland.
That the cooks and the market are currently doing plenty well enough, so thereβs no need to do anything unnecessary.Β
He brings out valid points one after the other.
The returns of Batoma were groans.
(If he had done necessary arrangements like this when the Kuzunoha Company first brought the rare materials and the ingredients that they spread in small amounts, negotiated with them directly, or maybe threatened them, I would have evaluated him as having a bit more of a backbone thoughβ¦) (Rembrandt)
5 companies having the same amount of decision power when deciding the policies of the city is nothing but a pain.
For Rembrandt who shoulders both the merchants and the politics, he considered the people here as nothing but an hindrance not that long ago. The situation is a bit different now.
Thatβs why he would sometimes try to support the direct competition of the other 4, or provide information about the market to only one side; continuously spreading seeds to hinder their growth.
Batoma is an instance that was caught splendidly.
In the first place, Rembrandt himself didnβt expect Tsige to have such a drastic wave of growth, and that there would be a company that would push their name to the tops in just a few years.
βI know that it is a company you are taking care of. But a new merchant is stirring the city to such an extent, and causing trouble, so of course you will agree, Rembrandt Company representative?βΒ
β…Fuuhβ (Rembrandt)
βThen—.βΒ
βNot even worth considering.β (Rembrandt)
The Batoma representative took that sigh as an agreement, and Rembrandt cut his words without any hesitation.
βWa?!βΒ
βIt is painful to have the company representatives gathered here waste more of their time, but I will point this out. The understanding of the Batoma Company is fatally incorrect. Moreover, according to the information I have, tracing the origin of those rumors brings me to Dusk Street.β (Rembrandt)
ββ!ββ
The tension increases at once at the mention of a dislikable name.
The Batoma Company seems to not have known about the involvement of the Dusk Street, he had surprise shown in his face.
βOn top of that, the Kuzunoha Company representative, Raidou, has already headed to the Dusk Street himself to investigate in order to prove his own innocence.β (Rembrandt)
βImpossible!β
βIn his eyes, this groundless rumor could damage the name of his company, so donβt you think this is a natural course of action?β (Rembrandt)
βDoing something as dirty as having a company affiliated to the guild enter the Dusk Street!βΒ
βDirty? Is that something a person like you who got one-upped by a newcomer merchant should say? In my case, as long as thereβs results, I find that action as brave.β (Rembrandt)
The two sides clash glares and sparks fly.
Rembrandt and Batoma began to argue about the Kuzunoha Companyβs actions, history, and other minute details about it.
βUhm, can I?βΒ
The one who noticed that this would end up being a long discussion and ended it in a few minutes was the representative of the Couple Company.
The girl who seemed to be listening with a smile suddenly raised her hand and spoke.
The attention gathered to her temporarily.
βThereβs plenty enough time for all of this once the Kuzunoha Company boy returns, right? Then, thereβs something I want everyone to hear.βΒ
The four were wondering just what she is going to say, and a slightly dumbfounded air goes around as they observe.
And then, Rembrandt opens his eyes wide as if saying βcould it be?β and tried to stop her, but the Couple representative once again spoke before he could do that.
βThereβs actually a matter that I have been discussing with Rembrandt-kun lately. But as expected, it should be better to share this with everyone here rather than continue discussing by ourselves, and it would definitely be a lot more interesting.βΒ
βC-Couple-san!!β (Rembrandt)
Rembrandt couldnβt hold it and raised his voice.
It was still too soon. What he has shared with her is not only barebones, it is on the level of just being an idea right now.
No, if it went well, it is true that this would be a big project that would be put in motion at the same time as the independence is obtained and would put Rembrandtβs own whole career at stake.
It would be an incredible waste to publicize it in this place where idiots are mixed in.
Rembrandtβs eyes spoke this eloquently.
But the elder woman doesnβt stop.
Her face didnβt show any mischief at a glance, but what the woman called interesting, those words of hers wereβ¦
βHey, everyone. What is a townβ¦ what is a city?βΒ
Patrick Rembrandt covers his face with his right hand and looks at the ceiling.
The result wasβ¦
On this day, a severe earthquake rang within the top merchants.
online pharmacies https://telegra.ph/Kak-vybrat-gazovyj-kotel-dlya-chastnogo-doma-02-14
You actually reported this superbly.
Why not just temporary close the mist town, and inform every single visitor that this ban will continue indefinitifely until the relation to anti-godess-cult rumor cease to exist, and the one who responsible were held accountable.
This will make the people who were really-really need mist town to take part in solving this problem themselves, also creating Mist Town supporters/fanatics that could defend Mist Town against something similliar in the future as a side effect .
Hm, first time she appear but I think will be interesting if she continue to appear.
thanks for the chapter!
the big plan… making an enormous city stretched to the ocean?
Incompetent people with power are a pain. Not as much as competent people opposed to you though, lol
Thanks for the chappu~
Need MOAR
xD Thanks rei
The begin of the RepΓΊblic
Thanks for the chapter.
Old woman spoils Coty state Idea
It’s very effective
Rembrandt is disappointed
I guess this move was made by hibiki? She is the only one that sort of linked mirage town to makoto. She just gotten a new knight as mention by joseph to her brother. There was a agent of the goddess who is a warrior type at tsilge just when makoto was at saritiz country. And also makoto is anti goddess is known by afew but with strong hatred is only hibiki
thanks for the chapter reigokai-sensei…
nice chapter… but i like to wait until this tsuki have more chapter that why im too late to post a comment…
overall thank you very much for still translating n checking if this novel get update from the author…
Thanks for the chapter. its fun to see people get disordered due to makoto
I thought Christmas is in December, Apparently, I am mistaken. Thanks.
Thanks for the translation, as always you did a fine work Regokai….is been a while my old nemesis …CLIFF-SAN!!!!!!!! I have been waiting for you!!!!!!!!!
Tanks for the food.
Now I’m sure hibiki as something to do with this rumour..
I think so too.
In fact, I hope that it is Hibiki.
So that Makoto can finally give up on Hibiki…
He is way, way too lenient towards her.
Traumatized he by cutting her limbs and healing it in loops can be one viable approach.
Destroy the mind of all the party members and royalties that supportted Hibiki, excluding the priestess from Lorel, via illusions and mental transmission will also do.
If there is a need to threaten the priestess, Makoto can just say this: “you and ur Hibiki are the ones who unleash the thing within that “cracks”
even if makoto goes to destroy the world, i think he will spare the hero nonetheless, it’s Tsukuyomi wish afterall
Thank you for the double chapter release!
Darn, it escalated quickly.
Somebody else feeling the starter of these rumours are the Gritonian empire’s hero?
A town and a city is verbally chosen by the number of people living there, the number differ by area/country’s definiction.
> Makoto to provide himself the evidence that he was not involve in the revolutionary army, was such a foolish idea. Who would in the right mind to self incriminate themselves? And also, that merchant was the one who was accusing Makoto of such, then he should work to the bone to prove it and not to laze on it. Such stupid merchant, he was a classic greedy merchant who do not know how to compete.
> The big project would be a national highway type and development of a new town?
Thanks
lol the stupid pig from Batoma company… so because he success now you want Makoto to simply give you the ‘provider channel’ to you ? in what logic is that right , you 2 brain cell piggy ??
Thanks for the chapters.
Oh my god! New chapters! I thought this was dead and the author would only work on the LN. I’m so happy!
Thank you for the update.
Here hoping that my theory that Makoto will ascend to godhood, Asora will merge with the world of the goddess being reached after crossing the wasteland, and they will become like the sun and moon deities will come true!
haaaah. . . It seems like the issue of Makoto permitted Tsukuyomi to walk on the lunar road made the goddess take the decision to dismiss the apostle as a counterweight to be taken from Makoto’s words.
>they will become like the sun and moon deities will come true!
I think they hate each other too much for this.
Unless certain someone will use his Divine Sword to mend it.
splitting the sky separating the sun and moon you mean
It seems like, the merchants are plotting to take over mist town…
I am just guessing
Well the easiest way to prove Kuzunoha Company’s innocence would be to nuke the anti-goddess cult. And Aion too because they would definitely try to take advantage of this to force Tsige back under their control.
So I don’t really remember but didn’t Makoto discuss with Rembrandt once about combining with other cities like Koran to make either a new nation or independent city-state? Maybe this is the plan Rembrandt then discussed with Couple-san.
Anyways sounds like Batoma Company is about to be crushed. They didn’t move to try to make connections with Kuzunoha Company even when it was obvious back then that they would be a rising star so now they resent them because their business is floundering and easily believed these unfounded rumors and I wouldn’t be surprised if they then started to help spread the rumors more out of spite. Also they seem kind of elitist since they said that meeting with Dusk Street is dirty even though as merchants they should know that they have to negotiate with them to keep the peace in Tsige and having this sort of attitude would destroy them in the long-run.
Yeah it really makes me wonder how that company entered that circle. Maybe it was the previous representative? Changing heads isn’t uncommon in business after all.
There might be innocent people involved in the cult, 80% of Dusk Street was taken in, and Iβm pretty sure they donβt all have the same goal.
Thanks for the new chapter!
City development time!
Gonna need to start producing actual civil engineers.
Also, they’re in the fucking Wastelands that the Bug decided to leave abandoned and undeveloped. Why the actual fuck would anyone care about being anti-“Goddess”or about places untouched by “civilized” hyumans. Utterly stupid merchant would not have survived anywhere, 0/5 Yelp review.
Thanks for the chapter
I mean, he was talking about bringing in more hyumans to his world. He offered bringing over the whole demon race. This might end with the Anti-Godess cult moving into Asora and being frequent visitors to the new shrine. Some one has got to pray that faith energy ball of ??? into some kinda form.
I WANT TO KNOW WHAT IT IS!!!!
I’ve completely forgotten about it, but it surely will be a massive plot point when revealed!
The anti-bug cult won’t have the same opportunity as the demons. After all the demons didn’t use his company’s name to advertise their power or influence. The demons are not actively trying to piss him off. The anti-bug cult is doing both and they will hopefully end like Illumgad did in the first dream, microwaved into death…
Thanks for the chapters!!π
If Tsige annexed the port town they could established themselves as an independent city. Legally separating from Aion, is that Rembrandt aiming hereπ€
there is a problem but the road to an independent city makes Makoto have to intervene the problem of heavenly politics with alte barret (apostle goddess) to read religion in tsige while rambert fought in the area of ββmortal politics with aion
Thanks~
So they are finally enacting the plan to make that multi-district city Raidou described?
Its a long time coming. Makoto planned that many chapters ago, the first time he talk about the city planning was when Rembrandt was shown the βmagic elevatorβ , remember? Whew. How many years ago was that?
2 or 3 years ago ?
Speaking of which, did they improve the elevatorβs high energy consumption yet?
time for a GREAT CLEANSING to happen…
Thanks for the chapters.
Thank you very much for the second chapter.
He can prove his innocence by crushing the antigod cult or whatever it might be but I’m having mixed feelings about it
Maybe he should … donβt prove his innocence?
Just show that he has big power and he does not mettle in mortal power scuffle.
I like that.
That’s exactly what I thought would be the best development but I don’t think it would happen
I kinda hope he does though. Iβll be dreaming of it.
And so will I
Oh my Oh my Oh my …
Reigokai is on a streak!
Releasing doubles again.
Thank you for the chapter translations Reigokai bro. Much appreciated.
Kuzunoha making big cities, like playing Sims City. Mhmm…
nonono minecreaft
Waka-sama dislikes MMOs
Reigokai is posting 2 chapter each day, I am happy but confused
What is there to be confused?
Reigokai rolls doubles for our sake and he will be send to Jail soon (Do not pass βGoβ. Donβt collect $200).
I have a free Out of Jail pass to sell to him once that happens.
Thanks for the chapter desu~
Hello Mio!
Hoi
Thanks for the chapter desu~
So Couple-san is planning to unveil the city development plan that Waka-sama originally introduced?
The maps of Koran and Tsige look disorderly, so they would most likely have to restructure it from the ground up. Mostly likely theyβll arrange the city in grids like in Waka-samaβs world. If we could employ the orcs, development would be a cinch, but unfortunately, hyumans view monsters as mortal enemies and no progress is being made to fix that except in the case of demi-humans.
new nation creation arc begin!!
The double cliffs are too high!
Thank you for the translation! I can’t wait to see what happens next.
With the adventurers involved in the rumours, I hope the perverted Root can help solve the misunderstanding.
Thanks for update
Thanks for the chapter !
So it’s about Koran merged with Tsige and become big city’s plan ?
dam bro, you’ve been practically releasing 2 chapters a day.
big pp
big pp?
(blushes)
Keep your hands off him! Donβt touch our Reigokai and donβt look at that pepe.
Thatβs my pp you bastard
calm dafaq down orca, mio… your PP is…
…
…
Pffftttt…..
(trying my best to hold my laughter)
Oh dear oh dear! Things are getting tricky.
Just how will Waka-sama clear his name? CAN he clear his name?
Can he prove that the revolutionary army is in no way affiliated with the Kuzunoha company?
Can he somehow disprove the very truth that Kuzunoha company is the mercantile branch of the Mist Town?
Can he remain hidden as a global super power any longer?
Or better yet, SHOULD he remain hidden?
Truth be told, I kind of donβt want him to remain as a hidden super power. Just come out and say that Kuzunoha company is the mercantile branch of the Mist Town. That he, Misumi Raidou (Waka-sama) Makoto, is the ruler of the Mist Town that is actually itβs own independent country. AND that they are not supporting or backing the AG-Cult. They, as both a country and a company, simply wish to trade…
…
..
.
Darn it. Who else thinks that will never happen?
I want him to show off too. Yeah.
Orca-san it is good to see you back.
It is always good when Waka-sama shows off but I am feeling like Mio-sama. That there is no need to hide anything. Well here is hoping.
Agree with buddy here. I have not been “seeing” you for a while now. Not that I stick much here myself (tons of novels read and comment). Anyway, welcome back, Willie-san!
Truth route is a good route, i agree, buuuuut, showing yr hands too early w/o knowing the hands of the other parties(the merchants, the armies, the other heroes, n the other countries n even bugdess[forgot how we used to call her]) is kinda bad, no?
Her name is bug. No more.
At this point the only hands that arenβt really known are the two super weapons of the Bug and the Bug herself. However… there is no need to reveal everything, just reveal that there is a connection. Something along the lines of:
Waka-sama founded the Mist Town. The Mist Town gave rise to the Kuzunoha company. The leader of both is Waka-sama. Neither of them support the AG-Cult. As proof, they crush the AG-Cult. Using only Waka-sama, Tomoe and Mio, maybe the Forest-Oni Secret Service as additional support to make sure no one escapes.
Oh and throw in there somewhere that the Mist Town is just something like the furthest eastern outpost of a kingdom that Waka-sama is a noble of.
No secrets released, no revealing of forces, no oh by the way I am the devil as well, no revealing their own hand. Remember Hibiki already guessed all of this and the Goddess is sure to guess at it as well.
Next Time On This Moon led Journey!
Hahaha yes!
Truth route seems like a easy way out.
However, if that happens, everyone will become his enemies straight away.
What happens if the merchant finds out it is a land that produces unknown products.
What happens if the country finds out that there is another world to live in.
What happens if hibiki and tomoki finds out that Makoto is way way way more “lucky” than they thought (coz they may not think Makoto is the creator of the asora)
What happens if battle junkies found out that every races in there shares their tactics and techniques.
What happens when “human” starts to desire for everything inside the mist town??
Truth route seems good.
However, the risk is even higher…
If Makoto did not kill hibiki (who could be the source of those rumor. These tactics just sound like her doing, w/o getting her hand dirty) and trashmoki (who is spreading the “charm” tumor) , the truth route would end up “let’s get invaded” route…
Beside, with how “passive” Makoto is, do u think he will be able to steer the situation away from becoming the worst before he resolved it through brute force…
The races in asora is already living in peace…
Why not let the rumor dies down by destroying those cult and army, physically and mentally.
Telling everyone the truth is the worst choice he could make. Not because he doesn’t have the power to keep all the countries at bay, but because doing so would force him to get into conflict with the bug before he wants to. Also even if he does, people like Hibiki or Sairitz will try to spin things to help them out. Sairitz will try to bring Makoto to Lorel and Hibiki will try to force things to go in a way were the demons end up getting destroyed by Makoto and the bug kills him. Also Makoto saying the truth would mean that he would also have to talk about how he got to the wasteland, how there are other gods, how he basically owns a different universe and that the bug is so inept and trash that the other gods had to put her on a leash to prevent her from seeking revenge on a mortal she wronged because of her pride. That would throw the world into more chaos then it already is, the spirits would most likely have to band together against him for putting the world in danger, and again the bug would now be able to try and kill him.
I donβt see how everyone else will become his enemy instantly. He isnβt set himself up as their enemy. The Mist Town is the source of the Kuzunoha company. They arenβt wanting to side with anyone and wanting simply to trade, whilst allowing adventurers to have access to their own supplies thereby allowing other merchants to access their own wares without negotiating some odd trade deal. Essentially getting the products to sell pretty much for free.
The merchants all already know that the Mist Town produces unknown secret products. That isnβt a secret. They also know the same products circulate in the Kuzunoha company. What happens? They try to get their own people into the Mist Town (likely already been doing that) or have them join the Kuzunoha company… yeah good luck there.
What happens when other people know there is another world to live in? Well how do they get to it? Also did I say reveal the existence of a whole different world? I donβt think I did. If I did I apologise as I didnβt mean reveal the entire truth about Asora. Just stuff like the Mist Town was established by Waka-sama and the Kuzunoha company is the mercantile branch of the Mist Town, that the Mist Town is an Eastern most outpost of a country. No need to mention a different world. Oh and that Waka-sama is insanely strong and opposed to the war.
What does it matter what Hibiki and Tumorki think? If anything Tumorki will just try to invade the Kuzunoha company (I bet he is already trying to do that somehow) which will instigate another lesson from Waka-sama. One that likely public ally demonstrates that Waka-sama is indeed stronger than the so-called Hero. Which will erode the belief in the Goddess.
As for battle junkies wanting to get in. Eeerm they are already doing that. There is a test and everything to allow those skilled enough in. That is literally what was being discussed just before The Night. Or did The Night eclipse everything that happened before that. And again. They have to first get in.
Hyumans already want to get into the Mist Town. Hibiki likely wants to find out what it is like Tumorki will be Tumorki. He already hates Waka-sama and wants to crush him.
Why would he have to kill Hibiki and Tumorki? They havenβt done anything yet and letβs be honest. Eventually Tumorki WILL attack. It is just a matter of time.
And how is a rumour being spread associating Kuzunoha company with the AG-Cult in anyway being left in peace? That is literally the exact opposite of peace. They are being embroiled in politics and used as pawns of state. We are already at the point of using brute force to resolve things. Just set it up that down the line people canβt use the same slander again.
As for letting the rumour die… that isnβt how rumours work. The rumours are already out and unless addressed directly wonβt die. Even being addressed wonβt kill them off. If Waka-sama destroys the AG-Cult people will just say he is wanting to hide how the Kuzunoha company is connected with the Mist Town and how they were secretly connected with the AG-Cult but then he switched sides to Tsige.
Revealing that the Kuzunoha company is indeed connected to the Mist Town doesnβt somehow make them the enemy of the world nor does it reveal Asora or any other details about it. Honestly at this point it feels like the rumour is already around and will just persist forever more.
Naw… Iβd say Mist town to (Makoto) like a persons house is to them… only he can set a door anywhere and use it.
And then if I was Makoto Iβd be sooooorely tempted to stop holding in my βmanaβ for a very very short 5-15 secondsβ… lol
Iβd be tempted… so tempted…
in the worst situation makoto can shot a ‘brid’ to that anti-bug cult… and makes everybody thinks something like ani-bug cult angered devil…
*anti-bug cult
Except no one knows what the powers of the devil are… unless Waka-sama decides to make another lake. That would be the equivalent of βthe AG-Cult angered the Devilβ… that would be kind of cool but it would also go against what Waka-sama would likely want to do. I mean he didnβt intend to create a lake, and he wouldnβt likely just see it as making a bigger pain.
Still though It would be kind of cool
wrong makoto justifies himself being part of the tzige revolutionary plan but not in the aion revolutionary plan and anti-goddess religion that is in conflict until goddess extremists and goddess apostles take action, returning to the chap where aznovals and roots fight with the goddess messengers. gave instructions on tsige for the safety of aion but to the anti-goddess faction and the aion revolution not tzige because it did not change aion but stood as something independent
next : even if it changes the structure of the aion empire then the opinion of makoto consulted in a big tax creates turmoil between the people and the aristocracy creates a revolution can be justified than what the anti-goddess and the aion revolution do that only aims to behead the ruler
The question is, how does Waka-sama justify that he is part of one and not the other? The whole thing about revealing that the Kuzunoha company is part of the Mist Town is to put to bed the rumours by saying yes to them but in turn destroying the AG-Cult and proving that they arenβt connected to them.
if Makoto proves it is tantamount to opening up that Makoto has a relationship with the goddess and gods which makes the world chaotic, it can be said that makoto is not anti-goddess but that people who are trusted to act by gods even make the origin of the world questionable so if makoto goes straight to the dusk then he enters his reasoning action improved his good name first rather than providing evidence that made him question the existence of a god and it also made questioning the origin of the power of the Makoto derived from the goddess (the power of words) and the moon god from tsukuyomi (the power to try and help γpovγ) which makes even the apostle may retreat and the anti-goddess vanish but the impact on makoto is blindly feared which makes the world fall into despair because of its strength
Makoto admitance about the relationship is a big move, it migth be helpfull but it might bury him even deeper, once he confirms the conection the real question would be ‘Do they believe what he says is his real intention?’. They migth believe what is convinient to them at this point wich I have no ide what it is.
if all else failed…. NUKE is the only answer π
NUKE, is trashmoki’s special move, so I won’t use that to call Makoto’s Brid.
That is Tumorkiβs hateful move. Where does he fit in here?
use the bow
But he isn’t hidden though is he? The major powers all know how powerful he is. Hibiki and Trashmoki have experienced a small amount of his power and Hibiki may not know just how powerful he is but she understands that he is leagues more powerful then her AND a superior dragon, 4 actually. The only people that don’t know this are the anti-bug group, the common people and the merchants of tsige that are not close to Rembrant and the guild master.
The best course of action for him is to take out that 80/85% that are spreading rumors and go directly to the anti-bug group and destroy it quietly. He has plenty of followers to get it done under the table and if that is not an option he can just go and get rid of them himself.
Also also actually actually he doesn’t want to stand on center stage yet. He wants to get stronger and have better control of his power before he confronts the bug. Until then he is willing to stand behind Rembrant and Mercenary Apple group.
I didnβt say reveal how strong he is. Which to be frank no one outside of Asora knows. The Demons know he is powerful but he has levelled up since he saved them. Hibiki knows he defeated four superior dragons but doesnβt know how he defeated them and again he has powered up since then. Lorrell know he is a powerful medicine but just how powerful they couldnβt anticipate. Plus he didnβt reveal everything during his time there and he wasnβt observed by them. Only his students and PG. Root hasnβt told anyone how strong he really is, not even Waka-sama, and Rembrandt doesnβt know the extent of Waka-samaβs wealthy, power or influence. All the powers think they can make use of him and that he canβt really bite them in the arse. Except the demons and maybe Lorrell now.
Besides the whole Kuzunoha being linked to the Mist Town is what I was saying should be revealed, well confirmed, as it is now a rumour. Crushing the people that began the spread of the rumour isnβt going to end, it is just going to fan its flames. That is how rumours work. If he does it in secret people will then take it as confirmation of the rumour and spread it even more. Literally nothing could be worse for spreading it.
And who said anything about centre stage? I simply said reveal the link between Kuzunoha company and the Mist Town. In fact I didnβt even mention Asora.
You know from my comment of βConfirm link between Kuzunoha company and the Mist Townβ people are taking it as βMakoto Reveal your true Motives!β… the two are separate situations entirely.
Well, then those he can, gobble them up into Asoria(sp) to have them βreprogrammedβ…
Then destroy the others.
